Kava collects information through multiple channels:

• Information you provide: name, email, address, postal code, payment methods and phone numbers. For student subscribers, school name, student ID, transcript records and graduation information may also be collected.
• Automatically collected information: device information, activity (titles watched, search queries), interactions with our emails and notifications, device IDs, IP addresses, browser information, and data from cookies and web beacons.
• Partner information: data from TV/internet service providers, mobile carriers and streaming device manufacturers, including email addresses, device IDs, IP addresses and billing information.
• Third-party sources: demographic data, security information, payment details and publicly available information.
